On the current platform version, signing up and signing in share the
same page: the login screen is titled Log in / Sign up, and the
email-code flow described in section 18.1 is the single entry point.
Self-service sign-up applies to my.elvo.io; other tenants and
white-label domains are invite-only — an administrator creates your
account for you.
Signing up
- On the login page, enter your email address and click Continue.
- Enter the code sent to your email and click Log in.
Legacy registration routes
Older documentation describes dedicated self-registration pages for
Individual, Company, and Partner accounts (under
/auth/register/...). On the current version (v1.6.94) these routes
redirect to the login page — verified live on 2026-07-16.
- Individual and company clients are registered by an operator from CRM → Clients (see section 13.2).
- Partners are registered from CRM → Partners (see section 14.2); the public partner self-registration flow is described in section 14.4, including its current status.
